The problem
Towing the van up a long climb on a 35-degree day, your factory intercooler is fighting a losing battle. Hot intake air means less dense air, higher EGTs, and power that fades the longer you work the engine. You feel it as a rig that goes well cold and gets gutless when it’s hot and loaded — exactly when you need it.
What an intercooler upgrade does
We fit a larger, higher-efficiency intercooler (front-mount or upgraded design to suit your vehicle) so the air going into your engine is cooler and denser. Cooler air in means lower EGTs, more consistent power, and a tune that can actually deliver what it’s mapped for.
