The problem
Injectors wear out — especially on hard-working towing and touring diesels. The signs creep in: a rattly idle, a puff of smoke on start-up, harder cold starts, climbing fuel use, sometimes limp mode.
The trap is shops that replace every injector on a guess. On a modern common-rail diesel that’s thousands of dollars you may not need to spend.
What we do
We test first. Your injectors come out and go on the bench, where we measure spray pattern, flow and back-leakage against spec. Then we tell you exactly which injectors are faulty, which are fine, and what it’ll cost.
The service includes:

- Quality OEM-spec replacement injectors
- Correct coding/calibration to your ECU
