The problem
A failed turbo is rarely just a failed turbo. Oil supply issues, a blocked intake, a split intercooler pipe, over-fuelling or a tired air filter can all kill a turbo — and if you bolt on a new one without finding the cause, you’ll be back. Meanwhile you’re stuck with power loss, smoke, that tell-tale whistle, or limp mode.
What we do
We diagnose first. We find out why the turbo failed, fix the underlying cause, then fit the right replacement — a quality OEM-spec unit, or a stronger turbo if you want more for towing.
The service includes:
- Full diagnosis — turbo condition and root cause
- Inspection of oil feed/return, intake, intercooler piping and tune
- Quality replacement or upgrade turbo to suit your goals
- Correct fitment and supporting checks
- Road/load test before handover
